7 Sensational Smoothie Recipes

So I have been all about the protein smoothies recently. When I feel a little off my game in terms of healthy eating I make sure to get back to drinking my protein shakes every day. I love having a protein shake in the morning for breakfast because it is filling but doesn’t make me feel too full starting off the day. They also make amazing quick snacks or meal replacements if I am running late or don’t have time to cook anything healthy. I have been experimenting recently with my smoothies and adding frozen cauliflower as a base and let me tell you it is AH-MAZ-ING. Perfect for making your smoothies creamy and thick without overdoing the sugar or calories.

I always keep vanilla and chocolate protein powder in the house and switch up the smoothies I make to keep things interesting! Below are some of my recent recipes LOVES:

1.Tropical Breeze Protein Shake
