Weekly Wellness Coaching – Health, Fitness, Nutrition (Virtual & In Person)

Some people enjoy exercising on their own, but need help setting goals, staying accountable, and finding health and fitness solutions for their lifestyle. Wellness Coaching is done on a weekly basis. I meet clients in their homes once a week – or virtually online to track your weight and measurements, plan out healthy meals for the week, make grocery lists, write out weekly fitness goals and find solutions to anything holding you back.

Virtual Weekly WELLNESS Program — $199 for 4 weeks (less than $7 a day)

  • 1 hour Skype, phone or in person consultation to discuss fitness/health goals
  • Custom diet plan/guidelines created with sample meals and snacks all provided to you.
  • Check ins throughout the week via email or KiK messenger
  • Motivation and fitness and health tips sent each week
  • I work directly with you each week to discuss your progress, assess what has worked and what you are struggling with and provide advice, support and specific suggestions.
  • Monitor your progress as we track your weight, measurements, food, sleep, water intake, stress levels and workouts etc. together.

In-person Weekly WELLNESS Program — $275 for 4 weeks (about $10 a day)

  • Home Consultation to go through/clean out refrigerator and pantry: discuss food labels, food quality, eating schedule, snack ideas and food plan.
  • Weigh-in and measurements taken to track starting point and progress over time
  • 30 minute weekly meetings to weigh in and track measurements for accountability, review food journal, talk about progress in the week about diet, eating and exercise, trouble-shoot successes and failures throughout the week.
  • Motivation and fitness and health tips sent each week
  • Email support 24/7 to help with questions, motivation or modifications

DELUXE Fitness & Wellness Package — $375 for 4 weeks 

    • Home/Virtual Consultation to clean out refrigerator and pantry: discuss food labels, food quality, eating schedule, snack ideas and food plan.
