Red and Yellow Sweet Peppers
Little Green Onions
Salt and Pepper
Additional Seasoning (Optional)
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet. Chop the little green onions and place them in the pan to brown in the oil. Next chop the red and yellow sweet peppers and the celery. Toss them in the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook on low. After a few minutes, add the ground turkey meat and allow to brown until cooked fully through. Add more salt and pepper to taste, along with any other seasoning you would like. Serve and enjoy!
