Week 4 Fall Flat Abs Challenge – Transverse Abdominis
For the FINAL week of our October Ab Challenge, we are focusing on the deepest ab muscle – your Transverse Abdominis (TVA)! The TVA is the deepest of the flat abdominal muscles and wraps around the stomach like a belt. Nicknamed the “Corset Muscle” your TVA helps pull in the stomach and provide stability to your back and core. We are working this section, the transverse abdominis, during this week’s video! Try these 4 plank variations to sculpt this section of your core!
