1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Oats
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup Organic Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
2 Bananas
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Almond Milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Next mix wet ingredients in a seperate bowl. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently mix together. Coat loaf pan with cooking spray and pour in batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for around 40 minutes or until toothpick pressed in loaf comes out clean.
