Week 2 Fall Flat ABS Challenge – Lower ABS

For the second week of our October Ab Challenge, we are focusing on the lower half of your rectus abdominis muscle. Your rectus abdominis is the big ab muscle that runs vertically the front of your abdomen. We are working this section, and specifically the bottom portion of it during this week’s video! Try these 4 moves to sculpt this section of your core!
