Long Lean Legs Workout
For the first week of November we are working on toning and shaping the smaller leg muscles with this pilates inspired workout. Tone long lean legs with high repetitions of body weight exercises that focus on muscular endurance instead of muscular strength. All you need for this workout is a mat and a small amount of space. So grab some water and get ready to slim down and shape those legs for the holidays!
