Week 4: Lean 2015 Challenge
Hi everyone! Your final week – Week 4 of our challenge is here. Cardio is up to a full 6o minutes this week so really give it your all and finish strong. I am away in Hawaii this week, and have been filming some exciting surprises for y’all that I will be announcing soon!
Here is your Week 4 Meal Plan. Make sure to download this for the week, create your grocery list and get ready for another week of healthy meals and snacks.
Our goals for week 4 have to do with two major weight loss tips that will keep your waistline slim throughout the year. Even small changes can make BIG results over time so try these goals for your last week and get ready for a healthy new year.
Goal 1
Work on portion control with these 2 tips. Plate your food away from where you eat it. So many times we finish eating the portions on our plate…but then see more food sitting on the table and go for seconds. By plating your food in the kitchen, and eating just what you prepared, you can avoid overeating and work on portion control. Another tip is to take small bites, savor your food and make sure to drink water throughout the meal after every few bites. The water will help fill you up as you eat, and eating slow will give your body a chance to digest so you can actually feel full.
Goal 2
Snack Smart! Focus on eaten healthy snacks throughout the day, and never getting too hungry. Your weekly meal plan has lots of amazing healthy snack options that you can eat throughout the day. By eating smaller meals throughout the day you can avoid feeling overly full that can lead to over eating, and eating too fast. Snack smart as well to keep your metabolism going and your energy levels high.
