30 Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout
I have been a HUGE fan of kickboxing for over a decade now. Kickboxing is an amazing way to get cardio in, and these workouts tend to be lower impact and easier on the joints than a high impact bootcamp workout. I also love having other cardio options besides boring gym machines or running outside that can be difficult during the hot summer or cold winter.
This workout is a full 30 minutes of cardio you can do ANYTIME with just a small amount of living room space…no equipment needed, just your own body and some motivation. Give this workout a try today – and pair it with one of my strength training workouts to create a longer 45 minute to hour long workout with cardio and strength training components!
