At Home Total Body Workout
Here is a workout you can do at home or at the gym with minimal equipment! All you need is a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat. Do the full set through 2-3 times depending on your level and how much time you have.
This workout is designed to work all the major muscle groups and tone you evenly from head to toe. Complete this set after some cardio or between cardio days to work resistance training into your weekly workout schedule!
