Perfect & Easy Sirloin Steak
Protein is essential for your body if you are working out regularly, and steak can be a delicious way to get a complete protein as well as iron which are both important for the body.
Ingredients
1.5 Lb Thin Sirloin Steak Pieces
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Steak Rub
Directions
Set oven to broil. Unwrap the steak pieces and place in an oven pan. Drizzle olive oil evenly over all cuts of meat. Next take steak rub and massage evenly into both sides of meat. Place in oven and broil steak about 5 minutes on each side or to desired level of doneness. Remove any fat and serve with healthy green bean recipe. I love the thin pieces because they are quick and easy to cook and work great for a dinner party with healthy sides, or to cut into thin pieces and put on a salad.
