These beans are delicious and a great way to add more clean and green foods to your diet. They are also a perfect side dish to go with any meat or fish.
Ingredients
Green Beans
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt & Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 Teaspoon Parsley
3 scallions/small green onions
Directions
Place skillet on stove and heat to medium and pour olive oil into pan. Next chop up scallions and toss into oil. Saute onions until brown, 30 seconds – 1 min. Place green beans in skillet and add salt and pepper to taste. Add herbs and toss beans in skillet. Saute until beans are heated through, about 5 minutes, then turn heat to low until ready to eat!
