Egg whites are low in calorie and super healthy. The Gruyere cheese adds tons of flavor and a new twist to this omelet!
Ingredients:
Egg Whites
½ cup Spinach
½ cup Tomatoes
Gruyere Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Pour Egg whites into a medium size skillet and let sit for a few minutes. Next add spinach and chopped up tomatoes. Cut cheese into thin slices and place on top of spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste. Flip omelet over in half and let finish cooking. Cool, Eat and enjoy this healthy protein filled breakfast!
