Ingredients:
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Large Banana
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
3 Ice Cubes
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon All Spice
Directions:
Blend protein powder, banana, almond milk, maple syrup and spices together. Next add ice or additional almond milk to desired taste and consistency.
