2 Cups Flour
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1 Egg
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Allspice
1/2 Cup Molasses
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Teaspoons White Vinegar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix milk, egg, molasses, maple syrup and vinegar in small bowl. In larger bowl mix flour, cinnamon, allspice, salt, baking power and baking soda. Next fold wet and dry ingredients together until fully combined. Place muffin liners in muffin tin and fill 12 muffins with batter evenly. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Enjoy!
