These cookies have no flour, no butter and no oil. They are simple to make and easy to customize with your favorite nuts, dried fruit or chocolate chips!
Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups of Oats
1 Cup Oat Bran
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Cup Organic Brown Cane Sugar
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Organic Dark Chocolate Chips or Raisins
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mash the two bananas fully. Mix in the eggs, vanilla and maple syrup. Next fold in the oats, oat bran, sugar and raisins/walnuts/chocolate chips. Stir the batter completely. Spoon scoops of the batter onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned on top.
