Place organic chocolate in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave the chocolate for 20 second intervals at a time, stirring in between to make sure the chocolate does not burn. Place organic candy canes in a ziplock bag and crush the candy using a hammer or meat mallet. Take each marshmallow, dip it half-way in the chocolate, and then sprinkle on the candy cane topping. I love using Plush Puffs Marshmallows.
They are free of high fructose corn syrup, full of natural ingredients, and also deliciously handcrafted. Make as many marshmallows as you want and then allow the chocolate to dry. You can also use cake pop sticks to make the marshmallows into marshmallow pops! Happy Holidays!
