This is a delicious, festive and healthy protein shake that will definitely get you into the Holiday Spirit. The recipe calls for coconut milk, but you can use almond milk, rice milk or regular low fat milk if you prefer.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Scoop/Packet Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Banana
A few drops of Organic Peppermint Extract
Ice added to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust amount of ice/coconut milk to find desired consistency. Enjoy this holiday season!
