Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Raspberries
1 Bananna
1 cup Non-Fat organic Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Teaspoon Hemp seeds
1 Teaspoon Chia seeds
1 cup water for desired consistency
Directions
Blend Raspberries, yogurt and water first. Next blend in banana and strawberries and add Chia and Hemp seeds. Add more water or ice for desired consistency.
