This apple cinnamon bread has no added sugar and is a healthy take on something sweet to go with your morning coffee.
Ingredients
1 Apple
2 Cups No Sugar Added Applesauce
2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Banana
1/3 Cup Chopped Walnuts
2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium size bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Next mash banana in small bowl and add coconut oil, applesauce and vanilla. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Next peel apple and chop into small pieces and add apple and walnuts to mix – fold in together. Pour mix into loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!
