Ingredients:
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Wheat Bran
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Canned/Fresh Peaches Chopped
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix egg, almond milk, honey and coconut oil in a small bowl. Then in a medium sized bowl combine flour, wheat bran, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Next gently fold together the wet and dry ingredients. Stir in chopped peaches. Spoon batter into muffin cups in muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
