Spring is officially here and we are all taking the opportunity for some spring cleaning! This should include not just your closet, but also your kitchen. Go through your pantry and refrigerator, look at the foods you are eating, and make some serious decisions about whether it is healthy for your body or not. Time for an OVERHAUL of your diet just in time to get bikini body ready this spring!

Toss out the foods that are laden with empty calories, hidden sugars and preservatives – and make a list of the healthy foods you need to add into your diet this spring.
